Q: How secure is my company’s data?
A: Our servers and all the data on them are backed up every night and can be restored from last night’s backup.

Q: Is myGenii's technology safe?
A: It is very safe. All of your company’s data is securely stored in a state-of-the-art facility instead of at your company’s offices. This means that the threat of crippling data loss from fire, flood, theft, electrical surges/outages, cooling system failures, vandalism and a host of other threats is reduced, if not eliminated. Even if your company’s offices were totally destroyed, no data would be lost and you could continue working.

Q: What if I don’t like a myGenii product?
A: If you decide that a myGenii product is not a good fit for your team, you can cancel your subscription at any time during the initial 3-month introductory period. All of your files, e-mails and data will be returned to you via CD-rom.

Q: Do I have to do anything special to use myGenii while I am at home or while traveling?
A: No, that’s the beauty of myGenii. You get the use of your computer environment wherever you are as long as there is an internet connection.

Q: What about my company's line-of-business, accounting or other third-party software we use?
A: In almost all cases, the SmallBiz Server or a customized solution can run your third-party Windows-based applications.
